A top-tier law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire an infrastructure / Projects Lawyer.
Role and Responsibility :
- Drafting commercial contracts and agreements
- Infrastructure Project Finance Advisory
- Drafting Financing contracts and agreements
- Mergers, acquisitions, EPC contracts
- Oil & Gas / Power/Electricity financing contracts
Candidate Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in leading Law firms in Infrastructure / Projects / Project Finance Contracts
- Should have handled large Financing transactions
- Top law schools and leading law firm experience must
