- Offshore delivery manager who has managed offshore and onsite delivery teams. Should have good experience in Infra services
- End to End Hands-on experience and understanding from Deal Solutioning to Delivery
- Minimum of 15 year's out of which atleast 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Operations/ Datacenter Operations & Management
- Strong Techno-operational/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive with ability to balance decisions between Automation and People & Infrastructure Availability.
- Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making attribute
- Previous experience in handling the Technical team with people Manager role
- Demonstrated success in creating a delivery organization using Enterprise IT Systems Management Tools & managing it either for a F-500 company or for a leading IT Service Company
- Expertise in Defining Process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery
- Explicit knowledge of client Service Level Agreement, Delivery floor KPI measurement, defining the run books relevant to Infrastructure delivery, client delivery reviews
- Organization; exposure to ITIL Best Practices is necessary
- Previous experience in handling any Global Banking client with an adequate knowledge of Banking client security compliances, experience in handling Infrastructure delivery ( Production & Non production) linked to client business critical applications in a high secured Off-shore delivery centers
- Open to Intensive Travel both inbound and out bound
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Tools deployed to manage the datacenter Management (Client owned /Service provider owned tools delivery platform)
- In depth knowledge in Managing the datacenter technologies and Service improvement plans
- Understand the automation and transformation lever to drive the delivery SME
Behavioral Skills:
- Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (in Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Communication), Full time graduation in any of technical streams
- Certification: ITIL, any Technical Certification
