Infra.Market - Zonal Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee entire execution of the project by the contractor on a day-to-day basis to ensure deadlines are met

- Maintain and develop contractor relations with idea of their capabilities

- Come up with suggestions and time saving ideas / plans to hasten project execution

- Lead the zonal project team and liaison between internal business teams to stick to milestone schedules

- Should be a self-driven individual with high respect for deadlines

- Adaptable to quickly changing needs, scenarios and requirements

Functional Competencies:

- Demonstrated ability in getting timely output from contractors and projects team

- Ability to work with cross functional team including project managers, interior designers, accounts and purchase team

Who can apply:

- Atleast 20 years of work experience in project management

- Should be based out of the region and has strong local knowledge
