Your responsibilities - - You will be driving revenue by developing AI based systems to drive productivity of sales team - Design tools to capture market intelligence on products sold and pricing of different competitors and use to drive product launch and pricing strategies - Build recommendation engines to guide sales officer to pitch right products to their customers based on their past history and market conditions - Build & own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market & domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight - Work with a team of Engineers, Designers & Analysts to help build the Logistics platform from scratch - Collaborate with other product teams & Business to drive the product roadmap and build consensus across the org - For senior roles, business stakeholders to drive change management in the organization for product/tech adoption on the ground - For senior roles, own end-to-end key product metrics across the fulfilment value chain - For senior roles, lead a team of junior PMs to design and build core product offerings. What are we looking for: - Junior roles: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of work experience in Product Management. - Midlevel roles: Minimum 2- 4 years of experience. - Senior level: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in PM role. Minimum Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with Product management experience in data analytics or sales force automation - Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others - Ability to infuse execution, milestone focused - Ability to lead a high performing team of PMs - You have demonstrated experience in working across multiple products, various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes. - Ability to think out of the box to ideate and build solutions that are differentiated in a competitive industry - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations - Stay abreast of New Innovations and latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in alignment with the business.
