Principal - Business Consulting- Digital Transformation

- We are looking for smart, self-driven, focused, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and expertise in digital transformation to deliver strategic and transformational advice within complex and demanding environments and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders ranging from the front-line users to senior teams at the CxO level. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more sectors within manufacturing, retail, CPG and / or logistics and strong expertise in digital strategy and delivery- leading Consulting, Technical Architecture, Delivery and generating alliance based business growth delivering projects in emerging technologies like IOT, NFC, Mobility, Telematics, RFID and Barcode implementations across industry verticals - Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, Logistics

What do we require -

The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of the full lifecycle of digital transformation. Additionally, we are looking for people with the experience and skills in developing business relationships at all levels, including leading and working in teams to deliver great work. The successful candidate shall possess:

- Overall experience of 8-12 years, with at least 6+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably in operations improvement advisory in Logistics/Manufacturing/Retail /CPG industries

- Design thinker and a recognized leader in the Digital space, working with clients to shape their Digital Transformations, specializing in Omni-Chanel Commerce (B2C, B2B and B2B2C), Digital Marketing, Mobility and Digital Collaboration.

- Proven experience selling and leading successful customer engagements working with clients to transform the way their customers experience, interact and engage with them through digital channels.

Digital Strategy - Digital strategy formulation at the corporate and business level preferably with CXOs to impact key business metrics, experience in the planning and development of digital ecosystem

Business - IT Strategy - Experience of formulating 3-5 years Business-IT strategy for industry sector clients

Ecommerce /Omni channel design - help address the organizational, business process and technology ecosystems to achieve their goals, design their digital marketing strategies to drive greater synergy across their digital assets

Digital Process innovation: Experience in design thinking solutions, digitally enabled process re-engineering and new business models leveraging SMAIC- (Social, Mobility, Analytics, IoT and Cloud)

Customer Experience design: Assess customer journey maps and expectations, benchmark practices for enhancing customer experience (internal and external), new business and revenue models, for both B2B & B2C industries

Digital Implementation: Experience in medium-to-large scale end-to-end digital transformation for a retail, CPG, Telecom or Banking clients

- Have excellent consulting and thought leadership skills on emerging technology space (Especially on customer Business need, Plan, Strategic Thinking, Analyzing business cases for arriving at technical requirements based on feasibility study

- Extensive experience transforming digital channels across Retail, CPG, MFG and logistics leveraging ideas between industries.

- Expertise in - cloud, mobility, analytics and social- via consulting, software applications and platforms, managed services and business integration. Experience in implementing and defining mobility road map and strategy for enterprise customers.

- Experience in Industry 4.0 technologies such as the IoT domain. Have delivered innovative technology solutions that solve complex problems and provide genuine value to clients worldwide. Understands enterprise solution development & integration. systems development & solutions engineering - Architecture, software & hardware building blocks, technology & GTM alliances framework, strategic partner.

- Experience working with multinational clients and exposure to global best practices and trends desired

What will you do :

At Infosys Consulting, you will :

- Be responsible for digital transformation business results to large-medium-small sized companies across the globe in one or more of the following sectors : Manufacturing / Retail / CPG/ Logistics

- Lead / contribute to Digital pursuits, defining digital offerings, Digital transformation Roadmap & Digital Innovation methodologies. Delivery of digital consulting engagements.

- Drive design thinking workshops with clients, drive the cultural customer centric mindset with digital than an enterprise centric process view exploiting potential opportunities through an innovative journey, from ideation to commercialization. Work with clients in shaping their enterprise digital strategy. Help business innovate on the future of industry to become more profitable and improve their performance, solve complex industry and market related challenges.

- Lead complex digital transformation projects through the full lifecycle working along with the various digital delivery teams

- Responsible for envisioning, solutionizing large digital engagements architecting To be digital landscape from multi-channel solutions, IoT platforms, API management to digital marketing with best suited solutions in fast evolving digital world including aspects of organizational alignment, mobile platform and architecture standards, business case and roadmaps.

- Be a competency leader in driving and building digital horizontal across the practice, Guide the Digital Consulting team on strategy & roadmap, maturity assessment, product consulting across sectors

- Mentoring a team of high performing consultants .Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program
