Infosys Limited : Organization Development   - Conceptualize, Implement and refine Organization effectiveness and development strategy, policies and processes including Performance Management, Organization Design, Career Development and Skill & Competency Management within Infosys Corporate OD Function based out of Infosys Electronics City campus in Bangalore.   This entails some or all of the following :  - Lead the creation of appropriate organizational design and structure based on the organization strategy  - Lead, direct and drive the role and career architecture for the organization, lead the deployment and change management of the role and career architecture across the organization including job creation, evaluation and competency architecture and frameworks  - Create and maintain Competency Frameworks, conduct competency mapping and strengthen competency management levers  - Design career development frameworks and execute it to drive targeted outcomes  - Conceptualize and design policies and processes for a robust Career Management Architecture in order to ensure appropriate recognition of potential and performance  - Identify and lead opportunities for consulting assignments within the organization to enhance Team and Org effectiveness and develop solutions based on internal and external research  - Conduct environmental scanning for latest benchmarks available in OD solutions and systems to improve function capability and effectiveness  Base Location : Bangalore
