Objective of the role : To support and execute various HR integration activities for bringing both the recently acquired subsidiaries as well the companies planned to be acquired into Infosys family. Besides this, role also requires the incumbent to support in carryout quarterly performance bonus modelling, compensation review budgeting and executing various HR initiatives and projects for subsidiaries. Responsibilities : - Make/modify quarterly integration plan for acquired subsidiaries in collaboration with corporate strategy and HR due diligence team. Integration plan should list out all the activities that needs to be carried out in a particular quarter as part of integration. - Liaison and collaborate with the HR leadership team to collect data around various HR metrics and prepare the Quarterly HR dashboard to report their performance. - Liaison with the HR leadership team of subsidiaries, corporate strategy and focal point of contact from the acquisition team to bring Subsidiaries manpower data on Infosys system - Collaborate with payroll, leave and attendance, benefits, HR shared services, Information systems, facilities and various other teams to program manage the payroll integration of subsidiaries. - Compare leave, benefits and attendance policies of acquired entity with that of Infosys and evaluate the need to align the same with the parent company. If in evaluation, it is felt that there is a need to align some of these policies then prepare the business case for change and seek management approval. Post approval work with HR Leadership team of acquired entities to implement these policies in alignment with Infosys Ltd - Study and understand the organization structure, job levels and roles of acquired entity and map the same with Infosys role and job level structure - Set up and communicate the process of hiring, through Infosys Ltd, of employees for acquired entities in geographies where they don't have presence. Similarly set up and communicate the secondment process. - Collaborate with recruitment, OD and GEO HR team to execute the recruitment process for hiring of selected candidates for acquired entities in geographies where subs don- t have presence. - Coordinate with GEO HR for ensuring smooth and best in class on-boarding experience for recruited candidates. In-case of any hiccups or issues, work with GEO HR and Subs HR team to resolve the same on time - Collaborate with acquired entities to set up and implement compliance related Infosys policies in their organization. While doing so help HR leadership understand the content of policies as well the relevance and requirement for such policies for creating an appreciation for the same. - Provide support to acquired entities in mapping the skills of their employees and identifying their training needs. Coordinate with L&amp;D and leadership development team of Infosys to provide access to required training and leadership development programs of Infosys to employees of acquired entities. Provide support to subs in leveraging L&amp;D infrastructure of Infosys to meet their learning requirements - Support HR leadership team of Infosys to create and drive various HR for acquired entities in the area of comp &amp; benefits, incentive planning, talent management, employee engagement, PMS etc. - Do quarterly performance bonus modelling as per Infosys PB framework to determine performance bonus budget job level and unit wise - Do annual compensation review budgeting and maintain timely record of spent and remaining budget.
