- The candidate should come with 15+ years of experience in PR in India with extensive experience in the IT sector - The candidate should have a deep understanding of working as an integral member of the global PR team with adequate exposure to PR efforts in US, Europe and APAC - The candidate should have a sound understanding on how public relations campaigns are developed and managed. He/she should be able to develop strategic plans aligned to business objectives articulated by the management and execute them independently. - The candidate should have strong media relations, and experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage. He/she should have good stakeholder management skills, and should be able to confidently and clearly share recommendations, backed with data, facts and experience. - The candidate should have very strong communication skills, and will be expected to develop/review Press Releases, messaging, briefing books and other content. - He/she should be able to demonstrate leadership in managing teams and external partners. Managing a globally distributed team and agencies across time zones is an integral part of the job - Exposure to crisis management, CSR programs, event management and internal communications would be important.
