We are looking for new age Digital Transformation consultants for our India practice. They are required to have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in multiple areas of either supply chain, finance, planning or sales/distribution with a proven track record of understanding how to leverage the same via new age digital technologies to drive client benefits. They are also expected to evangelize the use of digital technologies in solving business problems typically faced by Indian companies. It is expected that the ideal candidate would possess excellent business consulting skills and mature soft skills. At least 6+ years of prior consulting experience is required post MBA. We are looking for people with an in-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas (in the order of priority): - Digital Strategy: Strategy formulation at the corporate and business level preferably with CXOs to impact key business metrics, experience in the planning and development of digital ecosystem for retail and consumer products companies - Digital Implementation: Experience in at least a couple of medium-to-large scale end-to-end digital transformation for Pharma (preferred) else consumer products or a manufacturing client - Process excellence: Experience in digitally enabled enterprise process re-engineering and design of key processes leveraging SMAIC- (Social, Mobility, Analytics, IoT and Cloud) - IT Strategy - Experience of formulating 3-5 years Business-IT strategy for Pharma else Retail / CPG / MFG clients encompassing - business process study, gap analysis, enterprise architecture, application rationalization, IT landscapes, knowledge of best-in-class solutions, business case preparation - Customer Experience: Digital customer experience, new business and revenue models, and commerce channel for both B2B &amp; B2C industries - Affiliations / Certifications: SMAIC technologies (preferred) along with Proof Of Concept design and execution, digital marketing, Digital Customer Experience, Sales Force Automation and any other related professional certification offered by leading classroom courses will be preferred. What will you do? - Be responsible for leading CXO discussions, workshops and in the delivery of business results to small-medium-large sized companies across geographies in India and occasionally in their units operating abroad - Be a visionary leader in driving and building a cross domain digital transformation practice - Be able to independently lead small, medium and large complex business consulting engagements for clients - Lead engagements in a cross functional delivery model, working with consultants and functional / technical teams - Lead / contribute to digital sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives. - Analyze problems, and structure complex business analyses to develop Proof of Concept working with multiple internal (Infosys) and client stakeholders - Work with cross functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options - Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions - Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process - Participate in a variety of firm building events and the consultant referral program - Drive the creation of IP and development of thought leadership to support the advisory and implementation of Digital Transformation initiatives across multiple companies Candidates must be open to extensive domestic travel as per engagement or pursuit requirements on a short notice.
