Role Designation : Senior Principal-Business Consulting

Responsibilities :

At IC-FS you will :

- Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading corporate and retail banks, investment banks, market utilities and intermediaries.

- Serve as a team member, track lead or engagement lead on business consulting engagements for clients.

- Execute or lead consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions.

- Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives.

- Analyze problems, and structure complex business analyses.

- Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.

- Work with cross functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options.

- Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions.

- Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.

- Capital Markets : Investment Banking, Trading, Wealth & Asset Management, Clearing & Settlement, Custody, Derivatives & Fixed Income, Reference Data Management, Fund Accounting, industry utilities

- Banking : Retail banking, Corporate banking, CRM, Asset-Liability Management, Treasury, Cards, Payments, Core Banking Transformation

- Risk and Compliance : Banking & Capital Market Regulations, AML, KYC, Client Onboarding, regulatory regimes, CCAR, Basel III, Trade Surveillance, Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Fraud

- Insurance : Life, property & casualty, annuities

- Horizontal consulting in FS & IHC : Program Management, Change Management, Process Consulting, IT Strategy, Information Management (BI/DW) & Analytics, Digital Transformation

- Industry Products : Actimize, Advent Geneva, Asset Control, Bloomberg PolarLake, Calypso, Charles River IMS, Eagle PACE / STAR, FACETS, GoldenSource, Mantas, Murex, Sungard Asset Arena and more.

Educational Requirements : BE, MBA
