Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 50 members who are responsible for the content implementation for this client.

Job Location: Chennai

Qualification/Education: University Degree/Post Graduate/MBA

Functions/Responsibilities:

- The overall project manager who will be responsible to manage a team of about 50 to 60 members who work 5 pm to 2.30pm IST shift, responsible for smooth process delivery and escalation management, setting KRA, providing timely feedback and conducting appraisals.

- Proficiency with Web Content Management/digital marketing /Web designing experience

- Strong business acumen or ability to demonstrate professionalism and meet org. goals.

- Work in a team environment to ensure the client objectives are met.

- Share best practices among the team members

- Suggest and implement continuous process improvements.

Experience/Requirements :

- Minimum 5 to 6 years of web content management/digital marketing / Web designing experience and currently managing a team of 30 to 40 members.

- Expertise in any of the content management systems (AEM/CQ/WordPress/Teamsite), MS office (excel, word, and PowerPoint) and keyboard skills

- Demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment and willingness to work with internal and external customers

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Flexible to work 24/7 shift
