- Span of control - 200-250 FTEs
- Operations delivery/ Program Management
- Client stakeholder management
- Business planning and review
- Talent management
- SLA and Governance compliance
- Quality planning/management

- Strong people management and WFM skills
Good to have:
- Exposure towards BO/ TABLEAU /SQL
- Six Sigma exposure/ Trained
- Knowledge of maps/GIS background
- Management degree from Tier1 or Tier 2 B-schools
Minimum: 10 yrs of experience
Shifts: Flexible to work in Night shifts
