Job summary:

Lead the creation of Solutions in the area of Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay on a Software plus Business Process Management (BPM) model (BPaas), delivered on Cloud. Drive the creation of these solutions from ideation to launch, with a compelling client value proposition, leveraging next generation technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Cognitive Analytics and Mobility, bringing in a strong understanding of the Industry and Processes. Additional responsibilities will include GTM activities to ensure successful adoption of the above solutions by clients and enabling global sales teams to win more clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create the Solution

- Ideation and conceptualization of the solution to address current BPM challenges in P2P space

- Work closely with pan-Infosys internal business/domain stakeholders and external partners to define the solution - detailed use cases, overall Functional Architecture and solution operating model

- Work closely with pan-Infosys internal and external (partners) technology teams in identifying right technology components and creating a technology solution aligning to the functional scope

- Own delivery of the end-to-end Solution

- Governance, Pricing model, measurements and ROI tracking

2. Create and demonstrate compelling propositions for key industries

- Create and demonstrate key value proposition to existing clients as well as prospects in key industries (e.g., financial services, retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing), using business scenarios to bring to life the value of the created solution

3. Drive solution adoption

- Partner with IBPO practices (across Finance and Procurement) and industry verticals to take the solution to existing clients

- Partner with sales teams with IBPO and broader Infosys sales teams to identify client prospects, present the solution and value proposition, and win new clients

- Evangelise the solution to Infosys clients, partner agencies, analysts and other influencers

Candidate Profile:

- Post-graduation followed by 15+ years of technology, solutioning and domain experience. Proven ability to define and create Technology and Business solutions across Functional and Technology solution components

- Domain knowledge in Sourcing, Procurement and Payment space, with expertise and perspective on delivering business value and experience to enterprise customers

- Experience with SDLC with proven experience in building Products and Solutions

- Experience with developing the market for an early-stage product/solution in a new industry will be a plus

- Self-starters comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment who enjoy building a business with integrity
