Primary responsibilities:

Lead Infosys BPM's global Organization Development effectiveness processes which include Performance Management, Talent Analytics, and other related initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and deploying interventions to impact organizational effectiveness through talent. This will entail driving and influencing change across the organization, especially among senior stakeholders. Among key responsibilities, the incumbent will also need to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve practice goals.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Lead Infosys BPM's Global performance management processes and related organization effectiveness interventions

- Research and develop interventions and frameworks to enhance the effectiveness of talent management

- Ideate, Design & Deploy projects by researching and creating thought papers; Study, benchmark and create POVs against latest methodologies in practice across industries.

- Drive Change & Influence - plan and implement change management as part of ongoing initiatives and influence stakeholders positively for maximizing organizational results.

- Manage and support allied practice services like Resources Management, Communication & Branding and technology enablement

- Relationship management & Networking - To build healthy business connect and create formal/informal networks with leaders to build visibility of practice and function and be seen as a go-to person for the practice offerings

- People management & Collaboration - Manage function resources to align goals and achieve practice outcomes. Train and coach team members on various assignments and initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally

- Practice & Knowledge management - accountable for building practice capabilities, and creating knowledge assets and reusable reports, artifacts for initiatives being taken up in the unit.

Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to innovate and ideate towards creating business impact

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a POV to diverse audiences

- Strong business acumen skills, must be able to link impact/outcomes to business imperatives

- Strong ownership, result-orientation, and commitment to quality and performance. Must be able to navigate ambiguity with creative problem solving and perseverance

- Proven team management skills
