Job Description & Key Responsibility Area

- Solution Design, Presales--Managing and Anchoring of RFP, RFI, client requests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for Solution Design, Presales activities.

- Develop customized solution-- Demonstrate the understanding of the Healthcare Industry and client's business requirements to build relevant Healthcare industry-based solutions and service offerings.

- Revenue Growth--Drive revenue growth for the Healthcare industry vertical for Reactive and Proactive pursuits.

- Commercial Construct--Understand various commercial models and their implications to devise commercial constructs which are best suited to the nature of work and client requirements.

- Preparing the commercial model estimates by working with internal teams including enterprise services, delivery, technology, transition and pricing to deliver the defined scope of services.

- Process Consulting--Undertake consultative assignments working with client's stakeholders at their location advising them on business pain points and problems

- Client Interactions --Strategizing client visits/ workshops

- Creating Collaterals, knowledge Management--Build case studies, collaterals by collaborating with delivery and other internal teams.

- Market visibility--Develop Healthcare industry-based solutions, provide industry expertise and Point of view.

- Transformation Process--Collaborate with operations team to identify automation and process improvement opportunities

- Competitive and Market Analysis--Perform primary/secondary research to construct healthcare solutions.
