Role Designation : Principal Consultant - F&amp;A Solution Designing Job Location : Bangalore, India Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation: Primary skills : - Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&amp;A - Strong domain knowledge - having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO's office in middle management role - Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions, Automation Solutions &amp; AI based solutions - Strong understanding of F&amp;A tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc. - Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&amp;A Solutions - As a Domain expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&amp;A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics etc. Secondary skills: - Hands on experience on one or more ERPs - preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle - Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills - Program Mgmt.
