Location: Bangalore in India

Role Designation: Principal - Learning & Development

Role : Identify the training needs; plan and design new curriculums; develop and update courses. Conducting research and disseminating the research results: Planning for infrastructure, operations planning, affiliations with academic institutions: Participating in unit level and org level initiative.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Leadership Development initiatives for Manager and above level, which involves design, build and delivery of programs aligned to key business strategies.

- Schedule & run workshops for the managerial population in collaboration with ILI or external partners/ institutes

- Connect with Leaders during all phases of need assessment, development and evaluation impact.

- Establish metrics and linkages to business and HR so as to build a strong pool of leaders within

- Will be accountable for addressing the training and development needs of one or two Units/Verticals

- Position Learning as a value proposition during client visits in Pune.

- Maintain Quality and adherence to all processes

- Manage financials and logistical aspects that go into delivery of cohort based programs

What are we looking for in you:

- Educational Requirements (Must have)

- MBA with at least 8 years of Experience, OR

- Engineering Graduate with at least 10 years, OR

- Non Engineering graduate with at least 12 years of Experience

Work Experience/Skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership training delivery/any certifications

- Experience in IT/ITES industry

- Client interfacing roles

- Team Management

- Learning experience tools, coaching skills, instructional design process

- Facilitation skills

- Stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of assessment tools
