Job Designation: Lead/Principal Consultant - Solution Design

Purpose/Essence of the role: Lead / Principal Consultant Solution Design

Handle and lead multiple pursuits in the Insurance BPM vertical and horizontal services (Industry Solutions, F&A, S&P, HRO, etc). The Lead / Principal consultant will hold the pursuits through the entire life cycle from pre-sales to contracting and execution planning.

Competencies required

- Knowledge of Property & Casualty knowledge across the process value chain (New Business / Underwriting, Claims, Agency management)

- Knowledge of commercial lines, personal lines and Lloyd's of London market practices essential

- Experience in Life and Annuities is a plus

- Any certifications such as CII, The Institutes, LM1/LM2 will be an added advantage

- Solutioning that involve technology capabilities and COTS

Roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:

1. RFP Management: Responsible for managing RFP (proactive and reactive proposals) to the timelines and collaborating with various support teams through the lifecycle of the deals

2. Solution Development - create art of the possible and specific solutions, responses and full business case for opportunities

3. Articulation - Ability to coherently articulate in writing (and presentation formats) and present to various stakeholders internally and externally

4. Organization - Be meticulous about managing the opportunities to the timeline

5. Collaborate - Opportunities cut across multiple service lines. Collaborate with several departments in a pull and push model to ensure RFP timelines are met

6. Due Diligence - Lead and carry out due diligence / assessment activities to refine solutions

Basic Requirements

MBA with atleast 10 years of experience in areas listed in the Job Description

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA with 12-14 years of experience in Insurance BPM domain, P&C areas

- At least last 3 - 4 years in BPM Insurance Solution

- Knowledge of latest Trends, in Insurance BPM domain, Solutions, Products, P&C areas

- Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Solution presentation, Solution Defense workshops, Due Diligence
