Key Responsibilities: - Manage and drive the effectiveness of Careers Design Practice which includes Hi-Performer and Hi-Potential Programs and Interventions- Role Induction programs, Leadership Talent Reviews and Assessments - Ideate, Design & Deploy Career Design projects by researching and creating thought papers; Create POVs on career management and related areas; Study and benchmark against latest methodologies in practice across industries viz., succession planning, talent management practices, technology-led initiatives etc - Manage and support allied practice services like Resources Management, Communication, Branding, and Technology Enablement - Drive implementation of projects/assignments by coordinating, managing and facilitating smooth functioning towards achieving timely and noiseless results - Drive Change & Influence - plan and implement change management as part of ongoing initiatives/projects and influence stakeholders positively for maximizing organizational results. - Relationship management & Networking - To build healthy business connect and create formal/informal networks with managers and leaders to build visibility of OD and Careers Design practice and be seen as a go-to person for the practice offerings. - People Management & Collaboration - Manage function resources to align goals and achieve practical outcomes. Train and coach team members (including extended cross-functional) on various assignments and initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally. - Practice & Knowledge management - accountable for building practice capabilities, and creating knowledge assets and reusable reports, artifacts for initiatives being taken up in the unit.
