Position Details:
The Senior Manager - TA would determine the strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting function to support the business growth while simultaneously maintaining the culture and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute Industry leading breakthrough strategy in attracting, hiring & engaging best quality talent at all level
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with key business leaders and internal & external partners
- Determine & implement best recruitment processes, programs and policies
- Foster strategic partnerships with marketing team to co-create industry leading engagement and branding initiatives to position Infostretch as preferred employer of choice
- Collaborate with L&D and University function to co-create solutions to bridge digital skills gaps through right partnerships with academia.
- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process
- Leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of hiring programs
- Own the recruitment budget and responsible for recruitment audit and compliance
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Drive Behavioural and Competency based Interviewing
- Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to drive efficiency, compliance and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
Must have:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in a Digital Engineering Services Organisation. Excellent engineering recruiter, savvy about digital engineering candidate roles and techniques to source them.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a structured full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. Technically Savvy to create a strong metrics and reporting framework.
- Keeps the human context in hiring, enables cross functional connect between the hiring organization and candidates.
