Information Technology Manager - Financial Services (5-8 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Single Point of Contact between Business Users, Regional IT, Global IT and Group IT. Be a Business Partners in managing all IT related delivery. Serves as a driver for all local, regional and global IT initiatives.
- Business application management including application functional support, system enhancement, change management, regular technical maintenance coordination
- Ensure healthiness of production system environment, mainly on infrastructure and local applications
- Service call handling, management and resolution, daily system early morning check on IT infrastructure and applications
- Service management over internal and external service providers
- Management of IT Asset Inventory, and IT procurement related activities.
- Support of Business Continuity Management, IT Continuity Planning and application Disaster Recovery Testing.
- IT Project Management on application, IT infrastructure and IT security related area
- Ensure compliance to regulation, group standards and policies and also no high risk audit observations
