Information Technology Head - FMCG/CPG

Role

- Delivering IT Strategies driven both from a top down analysis starting with an articulated business strategy and a bottom up technology capability analysis.

- Formalizing the tools and processes needed to understand how IT resources and programs create business value, and how to improve IT resource allocation to maximize value.

- Oversee DMS/ SFA implementations, create project/program teams to identify and document issues, create action items, resolve problems and maintain clear, consistent communications among stakeholders.

- Develop, update and manage reports and measures for projects and programs.

- Develop, adjust, and/or redesign business process requirements.

- Create a robust Data driven Business Decision making environment.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science required.

- Must have 8 -12 years of project management experience managing mission-critical projects.

- Proven experience in leading IT modernization and data migration strategies.

- Experience in leading engineering teams

- Excellent understanding and ability to apply business process management methodologies, principles, and practices.

- Prior experience in an FMCG/CPG environment would be an advantage
