Infogain - Performance Test Architect

We are looking for an expert who has Hands on experience in End-to-End Performance Testing Consulting, Performance Engineering, Architecture & Design scalability assessment, NFR validation, proposing strategies for achieving SLA's, Workload design, Data Architecture review, Performance tuning & optimization solutions to improve overall system performance .

Experience : 10yrs to 14yrs

Location : Noida/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Completely own the delivery of projects related to Performance Engineering and Performance Testing for various applications like Web, Desktop and ERP

- Expertise in testing multiple testing tools like Load Runner, Jmeter, Blazemeter, etc..

- Functions include - Strategy, estimation, planning, execution oversight, metrics reporting and risk management

- Providing thought leadership and expertise around Non Functional Testing for the customer, team members and the overall deliverables.

- Responsible for selecting/maintaining and integrating the appropriate set of tools, processes and procedures to ensure overall testing efficiency and effectiveness in the operations

- Manage performance Test engineers and ensure performance test scripts and test cases are developed according to the identified test scenarios and test objectives that are in line with NFR

- Develop POC- s, Identify, recommend, and implement framework, strategies and toolsets to optimize test execution, and drive innovation

- Lead continuous improvement program within the team
