Infoedge - Telesales Head - B2C (12-18 yrs)
We are looking to hire for sales leader to head the inside Sales portfolio, someone who is passionate about Consumer sales is data-driven, and has proven experience in building high-performance sales teams will be the right match for this role.
1. Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, achieving tele-sales targets through cold calling.
2. Should have a track record of leading Tele Sales teams who excel at generating sales through Cold Calling
3. Will be responsible to hire, manage and train the sales teams
4. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal
5. Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team, monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results
6. Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & HNI outbound cold calling processes
7. Ensure to analyze and enhance the existing process, Introduce and implement the new processes basis business objectives
