- Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into counseling of students.
- Regular engagement with leads / accounts to convert them for enrollment services of study abroad team with Shiksha.com.
- Ensure proper documentation with students as per business processes and guidelines of international universities
- Maintain MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion.
- Team Handling - handling team of 3-5 people.
