As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Inside sales representatives.
It's a subscription sales model, where all customers are given a free listing. Then the inside sales team converts them into paying customers by offering to sell premium services/advertising solutions.
You will be expected to perform a wide variety of activities, including :
- Experience in leading daily tactical work of billed clients, conversion rate, call quality, login hours, shrinkage etc.
- Ability to focus on details and quickly identify trends and solutions to help drive performance results
- Train the team on a consultative sales approach to increase paid client % and Avg. Billing per customer
- Should have in-depth knowledge about Sales Funnel: how to increase connect rate, improve prime time utilization, assign the lead to the right salesperson based on skill set, follow up adherence, connected calls to follow up, promise % and billed customer %.
