Required Educational Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Desired Experience : 6 months to 1 year

Job Description :

- Onboard New Clients.

- To understand the client's requirement and provide solutions with the good turnaround.

- Contribute to process optimization resulting in a good turnaround.

- Publish and maintain a high-quality dashboard.

- Handle customer queries and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

- Achieve assigned target.

Required Skills :

- To format, review and moderate the job postings

- To ensure right tags are attached to each job posting

- To create self descriptive titles of the job postings

- To extend customer service support to recruiters and candidates wherever required, through mails and chat support system

- To update the recruiter profile information on a daily/timely basis

- Any other task or activity as part of the operations team

Basic requirements :

- You love reading

- You pay attention to detail

- You stick to discipline as this role demands such an attribute - specially office timings

- You possess good communication skills - verbal and written

- You should be open to stretching working beyond official hours depending upon the workload and demand.
