About the Role:

Naukri.com is looking for a seasoned product leader who is passionate about building segment specific offerings for jobseekers and recruiters.

As a product leader, you.

- Have complete ownership to conceptualize the new platform offering(s)

- Are not afraid to challenge status quo and come up with out of box solutions to difficult problems

- Leverage user research & data to form a deep understanding of the recruitment market dynamics

- Are as comfortable building new features from scratch as with scaling existing features to delight users

- Are NOT simply a program manager but a thought leader for your responsibility area(s)

- Are NOT just a PM but a role model for the organization who goes beyond the stated charter to define the right culture & processes

What are we looking for:

- 8+ years of product management experience in the internet/e-commerce business

- Understanding of marketplace dynamics to balance needs of B2C & B2B stakeholders

- Product growth & marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory

- People leader
