Required Educational Qualification: B.Des (e.g interaction, graphic, visual communication)/ Any graduation with a strong design portfolio

Job Objective: As UX designer, you will be dedicated to simplify the business and end user goals, and impact life of millions of users on our platform. Our UX designers research, discover, and create solutions for business problems through deep understanding of the end users.

Job Description:

- Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.

- Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process.

- Drive the design review cycle, close on design requirements and interact with product managers and understand product priorities and needs.

- Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. - Come up with solutions that can fulfill the user needs without compromising the business goals.

- Identify the best and minimum viable features sets to be designed to give optimum user experience.

- Maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.

- Work closely with the product/research team and users to validate the need and usability of designed features.

Required Skills:

- Ability to create great user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices (flows, prototypes, wireframes) and solid visual designs.

- Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

- Experience of working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and practice.

- Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the hard work required to solve creative challenges.

Desired Skills:

- Consumer focused internet experience, designing dynamic end-to-end online experiences or any mobile app/games design experience is a must.

- Significant contributions to web or mobile applications.

- Fast and Interactive Prototyping skills.

- Detailed and clear interaction design specifications.

- Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions.
