Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retainer) - 1 year Contract


Job Objective: To understand the needs of the organization and conduct end to end recruitment. The incumbent will be responsible for screening candidates for knowledge, skills, experience and overseeing the full-recruitment life-cycle to effectively meet the organization's needs.

Job Description:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

- Source potential candidates through head hunting, job portals and networking sites

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews

- Coordinate with candidates to negotiate and finalize the final offer and also facilitate on boarding

- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate

- Draw insights from analytics to make the hiring process more efficient and improve candidate experience

- Share and exchange information with all levels of management i.e. weekly, monthly dashboards

Required Skills :

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills

- Ability to cope with critical deadlines and pressure

- Self-motivated and open to learning and innovation

- Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

- Ability to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
