Role: SEO Owner

- This is an individual contributor role with cross-functional collaboration. The person will work directly with Business Head.

Job Objective: The SEO Owner will be working on the Job Hai platform and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, to increase organic traffic growth. She/he will be building as well as executing the operating plan designed to hit our business goals through accelerating organic search.

Job Description

- Define SEO roadmap for Job Hai

- Scale organic traffic growth and brand visibility for the business

- Work in close collaboration with product/technology team on SEO projects and build BRD (business requirement document) for new SEO initiatives for better visibility that shows business impact

- Conduct regular site audits, site crawling to fix technical issues

- Identify high converting keywords via keyword research

- Define and monitor success metrics (like Transaction, Conversion Rate, along with traffic and rankings) to achieve the Job Hai business vision

- Identify & implement emerging offerings such as web analytics as a service, tag management, mobile SEO, ASO

- Perform competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities & drive growth

Required Skills

- Should aspire to become a thought leader in the SEO domain and stay on top of industry trends, competitor landscape with the ability to drive insights from them

- Ability to translate business priorities into SEO roadmap

- Should have knowledge of the digital marketing landscape

- Ability to discover and implement leading practices & tools to generate insights

- Expertise in actively coaching and developing teams to consistently deliver strong results

- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)

- Stay updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines

- Compile, present, and implement SEO guidelines, keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
