Senor Analyst - 99acres.com (Infoedge) - BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 Institute

This role will set up dashboards, regular analyses & reports and additionally provide ad-hoc deep dives to support business needs. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys getting into the details of data, and using information to provide meaningful insights to the business.

Responsibilities :

- Support monthly business review by providing meaningful insights and analytics by proactively setting up appropriate reports and analytic frameworks

- Manage ongoing weekly / monthly reporting for sales, and continuously enhance / improve insights provided as business evolves

- Partner with other stakeholders such as sales, product team, ERP/Tech team and finance to ensure data provided serves the appropriate purposes, within constraints of systems and availability of information

- Continuously ideate on reporting for sales and business managers for appropriate insights, frequency and communication

- Simplify, automate and standardize existing reports in excel and powerpivots

Requisite Skills and Experience :

- 2-4years of hands-on experience in business analytics/insights or reporting roles

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering or math

- Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of reports and analyses

- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis

- Ability to convert a business problem into data and ability to use data to extract key business insights required

- Strong knowledge and experience working with BI tools, complex SQL queries, and data structures is required

- Working knowledge of basic to intermediate level for excel and comfort to learn required

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
