About the Role (VP/SVP level):

Shiksha.com is looking for a seasoned product manager who is passionate about solving problems faced by our users.

As a PM in the Shiksha team, you.

- have complete ownership of one or more core workflows on the Shiksha platform

- leverage user research & data to form a deep understanding of the market dynamics

- are as comfortable building new features from scratch as with scaling existing features to delight users

- collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science & other business functions to define the vision and roadmap for your product area

- are NOT a passenger in the team but a key driver for delivering on the strategic objectives of the business

- are NOT simply a program manager but a thought leader for your responsibility area(s)

Key Performance Indicators, and how much we need to move them

- Traffic to college & course listings: 40% growth YOY

- Registrations from college & course listings: 50% growth YOY

- Client Responses from college & course listings: 100% growth YOY

What are we looking for:

- 7+ years of product management experience in the internet/e-commerce/marketplace business

- MBA from Tier-1 college

- B2C product management experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Prior experience with search/recommendations or product growth is an added bonus

- Comfortable taking on a people management role over time
