Role:

The role holder will provide strategic direction and staffing expertise to enable resourcing function to successfully meet the talent demands of businesses with regards to Early Careers strategy. Role holder will also analyse trends and metrics to develop proactive Early Careers resourcing strategies and programs to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions from relevant campuses.

What Business Does:

The Role is in HR, Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities for the role are:

- Build a - best in class- Early Careers stream that is both effective and efficient, with a focus on a customer-intimate relationship with hiring managers and candidates

- Partner with the businesses to deliver a holistic resourcing strategy, products, policies and end to end recruitment process to meet hiring plans and deliver top-quality hires

- Assess current and future skill requirements of the division and develop appropriate talent acquisition plans

- Work with Senior HRBPs to develop a strong employment brand strategy and deliver on it by managing stakeholder relationship with campuses/ universities, candidates, networking platforms, service providers etc.

- Manage our campus recruiting relationships - Complete ownership of all stages of Early Careers agenda which will include design of campus strategy, program proposition, planning, execution and process management

- Leverage HR systems and tools to provide workforce planning data, track & monitor recruitment targets and other metrics

- Educate leaders and broader HR team members on processes and best practices for Early Careers resourcing and business engagement

- Manage operating rhythm with stakeholders to have a clear view of the business decisions impacting hiring

- Ensure legal and internal compliance in regard to all recruiting initiatives and related programs

- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of excellent candidate/ customer experience

Skills, knowledge, and experience needed to do the role:

- Proven ability to lead Early Careers/ Campus recruitment strategy and initiatives to support business objectives

- Experience in developing and leading Campus programs across Tier I, II & III Campuses

- Experience of achieving results with an ability to define and drive processes and service excellence

- Track-record of influencing and partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through Early Careers / Campus recruitment strategies

- Exposure in using/ implementing ATS (Applicant tracking system)-recruitment systems

- Working experience in matrix reporting set-ups and organizational structures

- Minimum of 6 years of recruitment & relationship management experience in a Banking / Financial IT captive with working relationships across multiple geographies (Exposure to designing and running campus programs is preferred)

- Graduate or Post graduate with commercial orientation
