Job Role : 1. The person will be custodian of all data quality, which will include correct taxonomy, classification and mapping. 2. He would work closely with Product, data science and operation team to do the following: a. Clean up the existing platform data for Company name, college name, functional skills, designation b. Ensure right classification and mapping of companies and key skills in industry clusters, review job seekers daily data that flows in resman for entities like company name, skill, designation, location, certification, degree, colleges, etc. c. Correct tagging of jobs in various categories based on different parameters for company and job. d. Build strong process flows across different systems like ERP, SUMS, Resdex, CRM to ensure fresh ingestion of data is happening in the correct format and all data integrity is maintained for future, 3. Conceptualize efficient process audit and review mechanism to ensure compliance, the person is expected to be creative problem solver who should be able to work well with other team members across different teams to implement solutions. 4. Should have good understanding of applications and technology. He / She is expected to have strong generalized problem solving skills, which involve structured thinking, ability to analyze situations. 5. The resource is expected to understand : - Completeness of data for accuracy, taxonomy, classification . - Validity of data if the data match the rules. - Uniqueness if the data is duplicate. - Consistency - if the data is consistent across the tables/databases so to give consistent experience across platform. - Accuracy - the degree to which the data represent reality. 6. Key Responsibility Areas : a. Work with the Product &amp; engineering team to build strong processes. b. Creative ideation, articulation and execution of ideas. c. Should be accountable to define guidelines and adherence. d. Identifying all entry points for data like company names, colleges, skill, job title, etc. e. Set up a centralized process to review all new data sets to ensure no duplication of entries on the platform to ensure efficiency of the ecosystem. f. Review job seekers daily data that flows in resman for entities like company name, skill, designation, location, certification, degree, colleges, etc. g. Review recruiters - unsupervised data of job posting used as skills not part of make sense dictionary, locations as part of others, skills, etc.
