Job Description :
- Define and track performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) for the client growth and operations processes
- Figure out different client acquisition strategies and scale the ones which work out well
- Prepare and execute new city launches
- Set up automated processes for new client on boarding
- Optimize existing processes on a continuous basis by figuring out bottlenecks
- Own client NPS
- Ensure value delivery to the entire client
- Set up and drive the complaint management processes
- Work closely with product and run continuous beta tests on upcoming product features
- Manage the entire operations team including hiring, performance management and training
