This role will assist in new projects, independently drive mini projects with Sales / other functions, aid in initiatives and additionally provide ad-hoc deep dives to support business needs. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys getting into the details of data, loves ownership, accountability, penchant to drive things and use information to provide meaningful insights to the business. Responsibilities - Support in new projects / initiatives by providing meaningful data / metrics important to generate business insights and identification of potential opportunities to aid in the growth of business - Independently drive projects with other stakeholders such as sales, product team and others to ensure that objective is achieved and serves the appropriate purposes with in stipulated timelines - Support in evaluating sales impact for new product launches, price revision etc. to help leadership team understand and aid in right decision making - Support and set-up new analyses / approaches / metrics important and relevant for business as market and business evolves and new products are launched Requisite Skills and Experience - 2-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, pricing, investment research or similar roles with MBA from a reputed Institute - Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and able to deal with ambiguity - Drive projects independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of analyses - Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis - Good working knowledge of intermediate level for excel and comfort to learn required - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
