Role : Product Manager

Requirements :

- 6 months - 2 years of Product Management Experience

About the Role :

As a Product Manager at Job Hai, you will own end-to-end business goals.

You will need to understand user pain points and collaborate with relevant stokeholds to implement solutions that solve those pain points in the best way possible. You will have freedom to innovate, experiment & fail fast!

As a part of the team, you will learn a lot about the Indian consumer and how best to cater to their needs. You will also work in an environment that is entrepreneurial and fun, where you make an impact and drive the business.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Own relevant end to end business goals

- Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts

- Understand Customer segments and define product requirements

- Work with stakeholders across the board (engineering, design, marketing and operation teams) to achieve business goals

- Conduct periodic feedback reviews with users to understand them better
