What we need from you? - Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in customer service - Strong operational acumen with an expertise in handling inbound calling team. - Maturity to handle and train team who interact with owners on daily basis &amp; set goals accordingly - Driving process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency - Maintaining Customer Satisfaction, People Management &amp; Performance Management. - Ensuring all requests, queries are resolved within agreed timelines, giving excellent customer service experience - Be good in MS Excel, analytics/numbers and metrics like NPS,FTR, CSAT etc. - Self-motivated to perform at your best with minimal intervention from seniors. - Good in multi-tasking and managing relationship with multiple owners &amp; buyers. - Strong verbal and written communication - Should be able to develop short and long term plans and strategy focused on achieving milestones - Ability to adapt to an online property buying &amp; selling process and work in target oriented environment - Build excellent working relationship with owners(sellers) and buyers Extra awesomeness: - You act as a bridge between buyer &amp; seller, representing trust of 99acres.com of around 14+years - You are not afraid to take ownership and are willing to stretch at times when needed - You have an experience team handling focused on productivity in inbound calls and relationship development for ongoing business. On a typical day or week - You &amp; your team will be addressing customer/owner concerns through inbound calls - Focus on resolving day to day queries, dealing with buyers. - Ensuring Accuracy of content for a better user experience in terms of most updated information on the project pages. - Collect, analyze and present data to enable the Customers to understand the client's property. - Taking care of feedback &amp; complaints - Take all other actions and initiatives necessary to improve the quality of Customer Service, on Continuous basis
