Role: Alliances/Partnership and Acquisition (Leadership Role) | Reports to: India Business Head - Resale

Key Stakeholders: In 99Acres Team, the person will be regularly interacting with Chief Business Officer at 99Acres, and will be collaborating and working closely with B2C Sales, B2B Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design and other Product Leaders and Verticals in 99Acres Team.

The person will also have exposure to the Group CEO of Infoedge India Pvt Ltd, from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive resale supply (India and international) through partnerships with luxury property service providers like Sotheby's/Savill's/Colliers/etc, as well as through supply partnerships with 10-15 Banks/HFCs

2. Get supply of mortgaged properties where home loan taker has defaulted on loan repayment & bank has taken over property & wants to dispose off

3. Work towards bringing relevant international supply on the platform through appropriate partnerships

4. Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for the supply partnerships

5. Define & execute a High Impact Business Roadmap for the Resale Business

6. Generate key insights, market intelligent, developing a keen understanding of Resale ecosystem

7. Continuously benchmark product offerings and experience on multiple dimensions with competition

8. Work closely with marketing to drive relevant product marketing initiatives

9. Work closely with real estate intelligence team to drive and publish timely and relevant content

10. Contribute to the business development thinking of 99acres, as part of the team

This is not a pure product manager role. It's more of Supply strategy / roadmap, partnerships and Product operations kind of a role, aiming to stitch together supply partnerships, ensure execution happens as intended (through a combination of individual contribution & by taking help of tech/UX/product where needed)

Educational Qualification & desired Experience

- 4-6 years of experience (~2-5 post MBA)

- MBA/PDGM from top tier institute
