About the Role

This is a national role for the brand, Naukri.com and is based out of Noida as part of the marketing team of InfoEdge. Team handling is part of the role. The role reports to the marketing Head of Naukri.com.

Job Purpose

Strategize and implement the brand and communication roadmap for Naukri.com in order to boost leadership in priority segments for the jobsite. It encompasses consumer research, brand communication, PR, media and social media marketing.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Work with digital and creative agencies towards developing and executing brand communication as well as manage social presence of the brand across various handles.

2. Ensure consistency in all Marketing Communication across platforms by close collaboration with key stakeholders.

3. Devise and implement marketing strategy to meet business objectives in key cohorts through content marketing efforts across multiple channels.

4. Monitor consumer touchpoints and create communication in line with the overall brand thought and positioning. This will include refreshing of communication as and when needed.

5. Monitor & track brand health, conduct research, cull out information which is relevant and act as a support to business.

6. Work closely with the Product, Performance Marketing and Business Intelligence teams; execute new product launches and marketing promotions to meet business objectives.

7. Monitor impact of each campaign on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.

1. Brand impact, awareness and uplift with consumers

2. Effectiveness of specific brand campaigns

3. Movement in business metrics basis brand campaigns

4. Lead Generation

Requirements

1. PGDM / MBA (Marketing) from a premier B-School

2. Strong points to be consumer understanding and brand communication.

3. Prior exposure to research and media planning will be a plus.

4. Should have good analytical and data skills.

5. Should be a self-starter, with out of the box and strategic thinking ability

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
