Job Description :

- AVP B2B Marketing is a strategic role and report into EVP & Enterprise Head, Naukri.com

- The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team interfacing with the business, sales, product & analytics team to build Naukri as the most preferred business partner & tech leader with the clients & customers (CHROs/TA Heads/Consultants/Recruiters).

The role entails :

- Deep understanding on Naukri's product offering, competition. Partner closely with product & sales team to upsell, cross sell, renewal and adoption of Naukri's product and solutions.

- Build a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy - creative, media, content, social etc. and lead end to end execution of the strategy. Help Sales in achieving business objectives and numbers- which includes driving lead generation campaigns and ecommerce. Build all Sales collaterals and customer facing content to establish Naukri as New Age Recruitment Leader.

- Championing communication with the CHROs/TA Heads/ recruiters - define value proposition of Naukri for enterprises / recruiters, design cutting edge collaterals & decks, design new product launch tool kits etc.

- Forge partnership with recruiters by leveraging Naukri's strength as the No. 1 recruitment platform thereby providing recruiters with rich insights on hiring, white papers, industry specific insights, build forums and knowledge sharing events, map best B2B & account management practices.

- Lead events marketing for Naukri, identify & target key events in India and Middle East to tap in key decision makers on the recruiter's side.

- Segmentation of customers and customized communication.

Team Management : Leading a team of expert B2B marketers

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-School or equivalent

- 10 to 12 years of experience in B2B and Product Marketing earlier experience in key account management & Digital Marketing is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills to drive sector level insights, white papers, pitch presentations.

- A team leader with ability to collaborate with sales, analytics, tech & sales teams

- Experience in lead generation, ecommerce, driving conversions and enabling sales to upsell / cross sell

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
