Job Objective: As the head of Delivery, the core responsibility will be to strongly influence growth, upsell, renewals of top clients by ensuring high growth of leads to clients in defined timeframe for defined new projects across cities. You will develop & use tools both on the platform and off the platform to deliver to clients, employing multiple channels of lead delivery and will also be responsible for growth of the digital marketing product. Job Description: - Fully tap the digital marketing ecosystem, stay constantly updated, experiment & innovate on the same and leverage marketing tech stack to the fullest - GTM innovation basis client/project segment in taking the digital products to market (launch phase product, sustenance phase product, NRI product, premium project offering, etc) - Influence & learn from CMOs/digital marketing heads at large builders as well as senior internal sales leaders. - Influence & drive product development & innovation - Enhance and improve client delivery and digital marketing delivery by working closely with tech & products teams as needed - Gather consumer/market intelligence & insights, competition intelligence, and determine new opportunities to develop - Manage a team of about 45 members from client delivery, digital marketing and customer success managers. - Own team performance and conduct periodic performance reviews Required Skills: - Digital marketing expertise with Internet company is preferred - Clear, transparent communication with an aim to drive consensus and evangelize both internally and externally - Understanding Client sensitivities and needs - Persevere and push forward with ability to handle uncertainty and drive results - Openness to learning and feedback - Strong business acumen Why Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative and disruptive technologies that are shaping the future of the industry.
