About the All Things Talent Magazine :

All Things Talent is a monthly HR Magazine (print and digital) from the house of Naukri which includes guest columns from prominent HR leaders, latest trends & news, featured interviews, articles, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete ownership of All Things Talent magazine

- Managing end to end content of the magazine

- Sourcing articles written by eminent business leaders (HR Leaders preferably)

- Editing and rewriting of sourced articles

- Selecting articles for issues, planning publication content and maintaining quality check

- Researching on Corporate/HR world - news based editing and writing

- Fact based writing on current industry trends and other important events

- Interviewing senior HR leaders for the magazine

- Transcription of audio Interviews

- Outsourcing and managing content needs with external agencies/freelancers

- Generating new ideas and featured topics for All Things Talent Magazine

- Coordinating with design to get the content packaged and published

- Rewriting, editing, proofreading and subbing copy to ensure it is ready to be released

- Ensuring that all feature articles comply with ethical codes of practice and legal guidelines

Desired Experience / Competencies & Skills:

- Should have prior experience in content writing and editing

- Should adhere to timelines

- Prior experience in proofreading & editing is mandatory (preferably HR)

- Previous experience at a magazine or website, or exemplary blogging/writing experience would be preferred

- Strong attention to detail, flawless spelling and grammar

- Understanding or Interest in HR is a definite plus
