Infinx - Leadership Program - Tandon Group (1-3 yrs)
1. The candidate will get a chance to work with leadership team across following functions: Operations, M&A and Sales in group companies of Tandon Group.
2. He / She is expected to drive strategic projects for 3 - 9 months across the aforementioned functions and present his/her findings to key stakeholders. He / She may also be involved in implementation of such findings.
3. After 18-24 months the candidate will get a chance to work with department of choice in a leadership role.
