Location : Pune, Goa, Mumbai & Indore

Main tasks :

- Perform customer need analysis by closely identifying the preferences and needs of the customer

- Present the different vehicle offerings to the customers while having conversations and configure the experience based on customer needs

- Capture and record customer data in the database to maintain regular contact with customers

- Identify the changing trends in the market and tailor customer experience accordingly

- Provide recommendations to the customers and clarify customer queries

- Act as an Ambassador for brand and create enthusiasm for Porsche among customers

- Ensure the brand standards are exhibited during customer conversation

- Ensure complete market awareness and updated knowledge of competitors products and processes

- Increase market penetration by generating leads and enquiries

- Plan and conduct acquisition activities in case of select target groups in specific market areas

- Schedule and perform the follow ups of prospects after the initial contact

- Convert prospects customers into buyers

- Build rapport with the customers and understand their key buying objectives through need analysis

- Demonstrate the required vehicle (Static and Dynamic presentations) basis customer need identified and clear customer queries if any

- Negotiate the terms of contract with the customer and offer financial assistance

- Reconfirm the customers purchase decision and generate the final contract after customer approval

- Ensure a delightful vehicle handover to the customers with no room for dissatisfaction Follow up

- Defines together with customer the follow-up activities after an interaction and performs the follow-up based on the agreement

- Complies with response times as defined by Porsche standards

- Regularly communicates with customers through emails, phone, social media channels to maintain customer loyalty

Training / professional experience / practical experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales with a luxury car brand is preferable

- Driving License mandatory; 4 wheeler driving skills required

Qualification :

Minimum qualification : Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or any relevant stream However, a graduate (B.E./B.Tech) is preferred
