Role : Analytics consultant (Advanced Analytics, Modeling) / (Visualization and storyboarding)

Job Location : Bangalore

What do we look for?

- Analytical solutioning capabilities to solve high impact busines problems

- Knowledge of the key business processes of fortune 500 firms across industries (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales, planning etc.)

- Awareness of commonly adopted data and tech landscape across business functions

- Knowledge of structured problem-solving approaches such as MECE, Decision trees, drill down approaches etc.

- Strong technical execution capabilities, know-how of latest data and tech landscape, ability to debug / solve technical challenges and provide technology consulting and road map solutions for enterprise level implementations

- Should be passionate to build a team and own up the growth, i.e., Level of ownership of an engagement

- Behavioral and attitudinal skills: client and stakeholder communication management, problem breakdown and execution planning, technical thought leadership and work intent

- Intent to continuously learn, knack for exploration and research, curiosity to innovate and design out-of-box solutions

- Experience in delivery and client facing roles from major analytics service providers in the industry are preferred

Technical traits :

- Experience on working with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.

Proficient coding skills in R / Python. Master-level skills in SQL and query languages

- Sound knowledge of the fundamentals of machine learning statistics

- Working knowledge and mathematical understanding of regression, clustering, classification, forecasting, optimization, and other cutting-edge popular machine learning techniques

- Understand the statistical mechanics behind modeling techniques

- Understand efficient coding standards and has a knack to plan for QC checks before coding.

- Added advantage if you understand Cloud hosting, customizing visualization tools using DAX, data integration with analytical data-streams

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Should have 2+ years of experience in executing analytics assignments across industries

- Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box and develop visualization solutions which help clients in solving their business problems

- Tremendous passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting and the science of Design in visualization

- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment

- Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple industries and analytics areas (e.g. Supply chain analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Pricing Analytics etc.)

- Deep understanding of analytics/statistical models, tool kits and visualization tools. Should have working knowledge of a variety of classification and predictive models (Lasso regression, Ridge regression, decision trees, gradient descent models, etc.)

- Strong presentation skills
