Equity Research Analyst (Buyside) - CA/CFA/MBA

Infina is an investment company jointly owned by a large private sector bank and its promoters following a disciplined long-short investment strategy. (www.infina.co.in). We are looking to hire senior Equity Research Analysts.

Role & Responsibilities : 

- Developing a deep understanding of sector and companies. We are looking for prior experience in:

- Consumer (including both staples and discretionary)

- Pharma (understanding of chemicals sector will be added advantage)

- Evaluating potential investment opportunities. This will involve thorough financial statement analysis, preparing financial models, valuation metrics etc.

- Regular monitoring of companies/sectors under coverage.

Skill set and profile expected :

- Strong academic qualifications - CA, CFA or MBA from top 20 B-schools will be preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience tracking relevant sectors either in a buyside or sell side role for Indian equities.

- Ability to read through annual reports and financial statements.

- Well versed with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Passion for equities and investing is most important.
