We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Manager with strong negotiation and influential skills who are able to integrate their technical knowledge with business acumen and has timeline-oriented approach.

Job responsibilities:

1.) Able to do strategic sourcing for mechanical, electrical, industrial products, MRO items.

2.) End to End procurement.

3.) Negotiation with supplier in order to ensure best price.

4.) Well versed with operation (Procurement, Order processing, Material Dispatch & (logistics/transportation).

5.) Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes.

6.) Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

7.) Has to be a team player and should be able to manage a team of proficient Sourcing engineers

8.) Should be well versed with terms like Margin, Lists, and Mark-ups

9.) Ability to handle Pan India Sourcing as per client requirements

10.) Analytically strong individual with a zeal to manage technology enhancements.

Desired skills:

1.) Minimum of 3 years of experience

2.) Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.

3.) Well versed with Microsoft Excel skills

5.) Analytical decision-making to recognize & process high potential requirements

6.) Experienced with working on huge chunks of data in limited time

7.) Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
