Industrybuying is looking for a Team Lead for the Category Sourcing team accountable for end to end category management. 

The incumbent would be responsible for :

Team Management: The desired candidate is expected to lead a team of at least 5-7 people, and be responsible for a team's performance and development.

Manage Portfolio : New brand acquisition and pricing strategy, category merchandising on website, managing product portfolio and inventory management.

- Vendor management : vendor development & management, vendor relationship management, price negotiation, best in market pricing thereby increasing category margins.

- Category Analytics : Proficient in data and analytics to identify growth areas and execute.

- Increasing Fulfillment by resolving vendor issues and finding alternate vendors wherever fulfillment from existing vendor is not possible.
